Visual Merchandiser

Reporting directly to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandiser will support the senior colleagues of the team in visual merchandising activities. The role will also be involved in HQ events and activities.

• Set up virtual stores using the corporate virtual program
• Participate in the creation of visual merchandising guidelines and innovative tools
• Coordinate the product rotation program working closely with the Buying department
• Plan store visits and staff training in agreement with the VM Manager
• Participate in and support the success of store openings
• Participate in internal visual merchandising training sessions, workshops or seminars for the Licensing clients and ad-hoc support
• Work on Line Openings and visual merchandising activities at HQ
• Work on showroom setup
• Support during fashion show and corporate events

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A specific certification in Visual Merchandising would be considered as a plus
• At least 3/5 years' experience in the same role and field (an itinerant visual merchandising experience in fashion field)
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)
• Proven track record in retail channel
• Strong aesthetic, visual design, and presentation skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and follow-up
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, team player, ability to work independently
• High results orientation, bias toward action and a strong operational background
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working on cross-functional and multi-national teams
• Availability to travel
• Fluent English and Italian are essential for this role. Any other European language would be considered a plus
