JYSK in Baden bietet ein Store Manager Trainee-Programm in Zürich-/Baden-Region. Das Programm umfasst fünf wöchige Module mit Schulungen zu Filialführung, Verkaufstechnik und Management, begleitet von erfahrenen Experten aus Verkauf und HR.
Sie werden als stellvertretende Filialleitung eingesetzt und übernehmen von Anfang an Verantwortung, um Ihre Führungskompetenzen weiterzuentwickeln. Ziel ist es, in naher Zukunft eine eigene Filiale zu führen und sich im Detailhandel zu beweisen.
