Software Sales Specialist – Data, AI & Automation Swiss Market (based in Valencia) (f/m/x)

Join IBM as a Software Sales Specialist focused on the Swiss market. You will work remotely from Valencia, Spain, while leading end-to-end sales engagements across industries and driving digital transformation for clients.

You will partner with business partners, technical experts, and marketing teams to deliver compelling value propositions, manage the sales cycle, and ensure successful adoption and consumption of IBM software. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end sales engagements in your territory and turn client challenges into concrete solutions.
• Engage with clients across industries, identify opportunities, and design tailored solutions using IBM’s cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with IBM Marketing and Sales to develop new business campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Use data and analytics to forecast sales and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Deliver high-level value propositions and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in consultative sales and understanding of complex technical products.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data for decision-making.
• Experience with digital sales tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Willingness to relocate to Valencia (Spain) for up to 3 years and relocate back to home country thereafter.
