Sales Executive – Enterprise Data Center Solutions

Are you passionate about winning new customers, developing long-term relationships and helping companies build the digital infrastructure they need for the future?

As Executive – Enterprise Data Center Solutions, you will drive the acquisition and development of enterprise customers and advise them on innovative data center, colocation, cloud connectivity and infrastructure solutions.

Working closely with our Pre Sales and technical teams, you will understand our customers’ business and technical requirements, develop tailored solutions and guide them throughout the entire sales cycle – from the first conversation to contract signature and long-term account development.

• Acquire new enterprise customers and build long-term customer relationships
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Develop and execute your territory sales strategy with clear pipeline and revenue targets
  Advise customers on colocation, data center, cloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructure solutions
• Develop customer-specific commercial and technical solutions together with Pre Sales and Solution Engineering
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting and customer meetings to proposals, negotiations and closing
• Drive growth through new customer acquisition, upselling and cross-selling
• Build trusted relationships with IT decision-makers, procurement teams and business stakeholders
• Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, accurate CRM data and reliable forecasts
• Represent at customer events, conferences and networking activities
• Contribute to an excellent customer experience and long-term customer retention

• 3–8 years of successful B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, colocation, telecommunications, managed services or data center solutions
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets
• understanding of enterprise IT environments, cloud adoption and digital infrastructure
• Experience in consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
