We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and support customers across France. This is a predominantly field-based role, requiring extensive travel throughout the country, where you will work closely with manufacturers to understand their production challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve quality and process performance.

Success in this role requires a combination of technical aptitude, commercial awareness, and strong relationship-building skills. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from the support of an experienced international team and a market-leading product portfolio.

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships throughout France
• Act as the primary contact for customers, providing both commercial and technical support
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen ZUMBACH’s position in key industries
• Work closely with our international sales and engineering teams
• Represent ZUMBACH at customer meetings, industry events, and international trade fairs
• Contribute directly to the growth of our business in France

• Technical background, preferably in electronics, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering
• Experience in technical B2B sales within industrial markets
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building long-term customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout France (up to 80%)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are essential
