Commercial Development & CRM Lead

At Neupack, we're investing in modern CRM tools, stronger commercial processes and smarter use of customer data to support our next phase of growth.

We're looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong professional to help shape how our commercial organisation operates, measures performance and unlocks customer opportunities.

You won't simply report performance. You'll help define it.

This isn't a traditional controlling role and it isn't an IT position.

It sits at the intersection of commercial development, CRM, sales performance and business analytics.

You'll work closely with management and our sales team to improve commercial processes, define meaningful KPIs and help translate business needs into practical CRM solutions.

Software development is handled by external specialists. Your role is to define requirements, drive implementation and ensure business adoption.

• Analyse customer, product and sales performance
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and management reporting
• Evaluate customer profitability, sales effectiveness and growth opportunities
• Support customer segmentation and account prioritisation
• Contribute to commercial planning and decision-making

• Analyse and improve commercial processes
• Define CRM requirements, workflows and reporting needs
• Act as key interface between sales, management and external CRM partners
• Support implementation, testing and continuous improvement
• Drive CRM adoption and user engagement

• Lead CRM and commercial development projects
• Coordinate stakeholders across the business
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation

Most importantly, you understand how B2B sales organisations operate and enjoy turning commercial insights into practical improvements.

• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
• Experience with KPIs, reporting and performance management
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into software solutions
• Project management and stakeholder management skills
• Hands‑on, pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluent German and/or English
• French or Italian is a plus

Experience with Salesforce, Power BI or similar platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.
