Aufgaben umfassen die Planung des Alltags, die aktive Elternarbeit und die Gestaltung der Freizeit mit den Kindern. Erwünschte Qualifikationen sind eine sozialpädagogische Ausbildung, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
