Hauptaufgaben umfassen die psychosoziale Betreuung, Durchführung von Einzelcoachings und die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen. Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat zeichnet sich durch eine qualifizierte Ausbildung im Coaching sowie mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung aus. Ein wertschätzendes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld wird geboten.
