Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Durchführung sozialer Anamnesen, das Verfassen von Gefährdungsmeldungen sowie die Nachverfolgung potenzieller Gefährdungssituationen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Betroffenen, Angehörigen sowie Fachstelle zusammen und tragen dazu bei, Sofortmaßnahmen zu organisieren. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation ist essenziell.
