Eine Einrichtung im Gesundheitswesen sucht eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in zur Unterstützung von Patientinnen und Patienten in der Lebensgestaltung. Sie werden Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams, beraten zu Themen wie Wohnen und Arbeiten, und helfen bei der Integration in das soziale Umfeld. Gesucht wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einem Abschluss in Sozialarbeit und idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen.
