Location: Schüpfheim
Eine kantonale Institution in Luzern sucht eine/n Gruppenleiter/in für die Wohngruppe Erwachsene. In dieser leitenden Funktion tragen Sie Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiterführung und die Gestaltung vielfältiger Tagesabläufe für Bewohner mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen. Sie sollten eine Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik abgeschlossen haben und über mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung verfügen. Wir suchen eine proaktive Person mit Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Humor.
