Aufgaben gehören die aktive Zuhörung, Begleitung bei Behördengängen und die Förderung der sozialen Wiedereingliederung. Die ideale Person hat einen Bachelor in Sozialarbeit oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Es wird Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit gefordert, in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld zu arbeiten. Ein einwandfreier Leumund und Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Deutsch sind erforderlich.
