Die Stiftung Passaggio in Bern sucht eine Fachperson für die Arbeitsintegration von Jugendlichen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Begleitung der Jugendlichen während des Integrationsprozesses und die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachstellen. Idealerweise bringen Sie eine Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit mit und haben Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsintegration.
Freuen Sie sich auf ein herzlichen Team, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und 7 Wochen Ferien jährlich. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind ebenfalls Teil des Angebots.
