August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung und fokussiert auf die berufliche Wiedereingliederung von Patientinnen und Patienten.
Die Rolle umfasst die Beratung in sozialen, finanziellen und administrativen Belangen sowie die Koordination von Hilfeleistungen. Ein Hochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit sowie Berufserfahrung sind erforderlich.
