Die Bewerber:innen sollten eine Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF oder einen Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit haben und idealerweise Erfahrung in der stationären Jugendhilfe mitbringen. Ein herausforderndes Arbeitsumfeld mit regelmäßiger Supervision wird geboten.
