Barmelweid Gruppe AG sucht eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in mit 80-90% Beschäftigungsgrad. Verantwortlich sind die Fachberatung von Patienten in der Rehabilitation und die Unterstützung im psychosozialen Bereich.
Sie arbeiten zusammen mit interdisziplinären Teams, unterstützen bei sozialen und finanziellen Anliegen und planen Klinikaustritte. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in sozialer Arbeit und Kenntnisse im Schweizer Sozialversicherungsrecht sind erforderlich.
