Die Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz in Rombach sucht eine/n motivierte/n Arbeitsagoge/in für das Wohnheim Obstgarten. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Bezugspersonenarbeit, individuelle Förderplanung sowie die Unterstützung der Alltagsintegration.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Arbeitsagogik oder Sozialpädagogik mit und haben Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen. Wir bieten ein wertschätzendes Umfeld und faire Bezahlung.
