Das Tiefbauamt des Kantons St.Gallen sucht ab dem 1. August 2026 einen Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) für die offene Wohngruppe Albatros in Oberuzwil. Diese verantwortungsvolle Position umfasst die aktive Gestaltung des Alltags für Jugendliche im Alter von 14 bis 17 Jahren.
Erforderlich sind ein Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH sowie soziale Kompetenzen in der Beziehungsgestaltung. Die Arbeit erfordert Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen. Die Stelle bietet abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem gesellschaftlich wichtigen Themenfeld.
