• Only individuals invited by a school or department to apply for a specific function (e.g., ticket taker, gate worker) may complete this application – this is not a general posting.
• Position may begin only after Human Resources receives all required forms and background check results.

• Complete the Paraprofessional Coach and/or Club Sponsor online application.
• After completing the online application, you will receive an e‑mail from the application system requesting you to complete hiring paperwork.
• Complete the Federal/State Background Check with IndentGO.
• Complete the Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) background check through the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
• After completing the online application and hiring paperwork, you will receive an invitation to a pre‑employment appointment (by appointment only; no walk‑in appointments will be granted).
• Pre‑employment appointment/new‑hire paperwork meeting requires the following items:
  • Voided check for direct deposit (if not able to upload when completing the direct deposit authorization form)
  • Official college transcript demonstrating a minimum of 64 college credit hours earned at a 2.5 GPA or higher (KHSAA By‑law 25 waiver may be obtained from the Athletic Director of your school if you do not have 64 college credit hours)
  • Social Security card
  • Picture identification (Driver's license, passport, etc.)
  • Physical form
