* in für eine Teilzeitstelle (20%). Die Aufgaben umfassen die Beratung und Unterstützung von Menschen in besonderen Lebenssituationen sowie die Koordination von Unterstützungsleistungen.
Sie bringen einen Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit und sind sicher im Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen. Wir bieten ein professionelles Arbeitsumfeld, Flexibilität bei der Arbeitszeitgestaltung und ein engagiertes Team mit flachen Hierarchien.
