Die Stiftung Gott hilft in Graubünden, Zizers, sucht ab Januar 2027 eine Fachperson für soziale Arbeit mit einem Pensum von 70%. Die Stelle verlangt die Beratung und Begleitung von Schüler:innen, Eltern und Lehrpersonen sowie Mitarbeit in schulinternen Projekten zur Prävention.
Wichtige Voraussetzungen sind ein Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit sowie Erfahrung in Beratung und Krisenintervention. Es erwartet Sie ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit fachlicher Einbindung in ein Team von erfahrenen Fachpersonen.
