Die Stiftung Netzwerk in Zürich sucht eine:n Mitarbeiter:in in der Psychiatrie, Sozialen Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik in Teilzeit (60%). Sie übernehmen die Fallführung und unterstützen Klienten in schwierigen Lebenslagen durch Vernetzung, Alltagsunterstützung und Krisenintervention.
Erfordert wird eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im relevanten Bereich sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit psychisch erkrankten Personen. Verantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sind ebenfalls wichtig. Das Engagement in einem kleinen Team sollte von einem freundlichen Auftreten begleitet werden.
