Das Blumenhaus Buchegg in Kyburg-Buchegg sucht eine Fachperson Sozialpädagogik (HF/FH) oder Betreuung (EFZ) ab 1. August 2026 zur Begleitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Autismus in verschiedenen Wohngruppen. Teamarbeit und ein hohes Mass an Verantwortung sind Voraussetzung für diese Position.
Hauptaufgaben umfassen die individuelle Betreuung, verantwortungsvolle Gestaltung des Alltags und die Unterstützung in herausfordernden Situationen. Das Team fördert die persönliche Entwicklung und schätzt die Vorzüge unregelmässiger Arbeitszeiten.
