Location: Windisch
Die entero Stiftung in Windisch sucht eine fallführende Bezugsperson für eine Mutterschaftsvertretung (60%) ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung bis Februar 2026. Die Position umfasst die Unterstützung von Menschen mit Abhängigkeitserkrankungen und die Leitung von Bezugspersonengesprächen.
Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Gesundheitssektor und eine Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik. Der ideale Kandidat muss zuverlässig und selbständig arbeiten können und über IT-Kenntnisse verfügen. Ein Wochenende im Monat sind Pikettdienste und Haussitzungen erforderlich.
