Die Fondation Soins Lausanne sucht einen Sozialarbeiter (m/w) für die Unterstützung von Klienten im Kanton Waadt. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Menschlichkeit und professionellem Dienst, mit einem klaren Fokus auf die individuelle Betreuung der Klienten.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Bedürfniserfassung, Unterstützung der Autonomie sowie die Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams. Ein Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit und zwei Jahre Erfahrung im medizinisch-sozialen Bereich sind erforderlich.
