Das Amt für Justizvollzug in Graubünden sucht eine/-n Sozialarbeiter/-in für die JVA Realta. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet und umfasst die ganzheitliche Sozialberatung von inhaftierten Personen.
Sie unterstützen diese bei der Wiedereingliederung und erstellen Vollzugsberichte. Vorausgesetzt wird ein Diplom als Sozialarbeiter/-in FH/BSc sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung. Die Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit verschiedenen Fachstellen ist wichtig.
