Das Amt für Justizvollzug (AJV) Graubünden sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/-n Sozialarbeiter/-in für ein befristetes Jahr mit Option zur Verlängerung. Die Aufgaben umfassen die ganzheitliche Sozialberatung der eingewiesenen Personen sowie die Unterstützung der Wiedereingliederung in die Gesellschaft.
Gesucht wird eine Person mit einem Diplom als Sozialarbeiter/-in FH/BSc, mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung und hohen sozialen Kompetenzen. Vorteile der Position sind eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit, ein gutes Team und vielfältige Weiterbildungsangebote.
