Location: Liesberg
Stiftung Hirsacker in Basel-Landschaft sucht eine Sozialpädagogin/sozialpädagogen für betreutes Wohnen (60–80%). Sie begleiten Klientinnen und Klienten, fördern soziale Teilhabe, sichern eine verlässliche Wohnkultur und arbeiten eng im Team zusammen.
Sie verfügen über einen FH/HF-Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik bzw. Sozialer Arbeit, bringen Erfahrung im Verhalten herausfordernder Klientinnen mit (Autismus-Spektrum bevorzugt) und kennen Dokumentationssysteme.
