Stiftung Hirsacker sucht eine Assistenzperson (50–80%) zur Begleitung und Gestaltung des Tages von Unterstützungsbedürftigen im Wohnalltag. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Förderung von Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe in sinnvoll strukturierten Tagesaktivitäten, einschließlich handwerklicher, kreativer und naturbezogener Arbeiten.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (EBA/EFZ bzw. AGS oder SRK) mit und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung von Autismus-Spektrum-Menschen.
