Verein Avertamain in der Deutschschweiz sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft im Bereich soziale Arbeit zur Begleitung von Klienten in betreutem Wohnen. Sie unterstützen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner beim täglichen Leben und helfen bei der Umsetzung individueller Zielsetzungen.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Behörden zusammen, führen Krisengespräche, erfassen den individuellen Hilfeplan (IHP) und erstellen Berichte an KesB oder Sozialämter. Erwartet werden ein Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit bzw.
