Der Kanton Luzern sucht eine Co-Gruppenleiterin/Co-Gruppenleiter für das Atelier Bereich Erwachsene in Schüpfheim. Sie arbeiten 80% und gestalten gemeinsam mit dem Team eine sinnstiftende Tagesstruktur für Erwachsene mit Assistenzbedarf.
Sie begleiten Mitarbeitende mit ressourcenorientiertem agogischen Know-how in Arbeit, Lebenspraxis, Beziehungsgestaltung, Kommunikation und Sozialleben. Die Stelle erfordert Mehrjährigkeit, Ideenfreude und transdisziplinäres Arbeiten.
