Modellstation SOMOSA in der Umgebung von Zürich sucht eine Sozialpädagogin/ einen Sozialpädagogen für die Wohngruppe B (80%), ab dem 01.09.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung. Zusammenarbeit erfolgt mit Fachleuten aus Sozialpädagogik, Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Arbeitsagogik.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören Fallführung, Beziehungsarbeit, Umsetzung der Behandlungspläne und die Förderung von Alltags-, Selbst- und Sozialkompetenzen.
