Das Zentrum für Soziales sucht eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in Sozialberatung in der Deutschschweiz. Sie beraten Jugendliche, Erwachsene, Paare und Familien im Rahmen der freiwilligen Sozialberatung und unterstützen bei der Klärung von Sozialhilfeansprüchen sowie wirtschaftlicher Eigenständigkeit.
Sie arbeiten eng mit der KESB, Pflegeanbietern und anderen Fachstellen zusammen, übernehmen administrative Aufgaben und tragen zu einer lebendigen Teamkultur bei.
