Qualifications

• Do you hold a master’s degree in psychology or an HR certificate
  , supplemented by continuing education in the field of social and professional reintegration
  ?
• Do you have 5 years of experience
  , including significant experience in professional reintegration
  , supporting job seekers or adults in precarious situations
  ?
• Are you proficient in skills assessment
  , coaching and job search techniques
  ?
• Do you have excellent knowledge of the Romandy economic fabric and possess an extensive network of professional contacts
  ?
• Do you stand out for your excellent writing skills
  , your analytical mind and are you solution-oriented
  ?
• Are you dynamic
  , organised and possess a great capacity to adapt
  ?
• Are you skilled in interview techniques and have a keen sense of active listening
  ?

As a Job Coach for the socio-professional integration measurement service, you individually support beneficiaries of the integration income towards employment through regular and personalised follow-up. You develop their employability using concrete tools (professional portfolio, interviews, internships, job search techniques). You prospect and mobilise the labour market with a view to their placement.

• Welcome and support beneficiaries through personalised weekly coaching
• Define and monitor their professional or integration project
• Develop employability and autonomy (job search, interviews, internships)
• Prospect and maintain a network of companies for placement purposes (target 50%)
• Collaborate with referrers, companies and colleagues for internships and job reintegration
• Participate in tripartite interviews and represent the measure with partners
• Respect internal procedures and referrer directives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, methods and resources
