Lindenbaum in Zürich sucht eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Wohnen – Sozialpädagoge HF für 60-80% Pensum per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Sie arbeiten in einem Team von Fachpersonen und betreuen bis zu 16 Jugendliche ab 16/17 Jahren, unterstützen Alltagsbewältigung, Haushaltsführung, Finanzen und helfen bei Beratungen.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF, gute Deutschkenntnisse, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten
