Kanton Luzern sucht Sozialarbeiterin/Sozialarbeiter Asyl- und Flüchtlingswesen, 60%–100% in Luzern. Du begleitest geflüchtete Menschen, bietest individuelle Beratung und entwickelst Lösungen im Spannungsfeld von Hilfe und Kontrolle.
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Sachbearbeitern und Fachstellen ist fester Bestandteil. Du bringst idealerweise ein Studium der Sozialen Arbeit mit und verfügst über interkulturelle Kompetenz, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
