Stiftung Wagerenhof, Institution für Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung sucht eine Sozialpädagogin / einen Sozialpädagoge HF/FH für das Wohnheim Strahlegg im Tösstal (50–80 %), um Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner individuell zu unterstützen und ihnen ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Zuhause zu bieten.
Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen mit, arbeiten eng im Team und übernehmen Bezugspersonenarbeit sowie administrative Aufgaben.
