Stiftung Schürmatt sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson zur Betreuung von Menschen mit anspruchsvollen Verhaltensweisen am Standort Zetzwil. Du begleitest 5–6 Frauen und Männer mit kognitiven, psychischen und körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen und gestaltest deren Tagesstruktur aktiv mit.
Du arbeitest eng im Team, übernimmst sozialpädagogische Verantwortung, und trägst dazu bei, Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben zu ermöglichen.
