Stiftung Schürmatt sucht Fachperson für die Betreuung von Menschen mit anspruchsvollen Verhaltensweisen in Zetzwil. Du begleitest 5–6 Klientinnen und Klienten und unterstützt sie bei tagesstrukturierenden Aktivitäten zur persönlichen Entwicklung.
Du arbeitest sozialpädagogisch eng mit dem Team und externen Fachstellen zusammen, trägst zur gemeinsamen Zielerreichung bei und bringst Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen mit.
