Die St. Josef-Stiftung sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine agogische Mitarbeiterin bzw. einen agogischen Mitarbeiter auf einer Wohngruppe (40–80%).
Im Haus Fortuna leben erwachsene Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen, die im Alltag Unterstützung benötigen. Sie begleiten Klienten ganzheitlich, fördern Teilhabe und Inklusion, arbeiten interdisziplinär im Team und mit externen Fachleuten. Ein sicherer, empathischer Charakter sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität sind gefragt.
