Location: Rolle
Réseau Santé la Côte (RSLC) recherche un-e assistant-e social-e BRIO à 50 % en CDI pour accompagner les cabinets médicaux du RSLC dans l’orientation sociale et l’accès aux services médico‑sociaux.
Vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe BRIO, en lien avec les assistantes sociales et les partenaires, afin de clarifier les situations sociales des patients adultes et d’orienter vers les ressources adéquates.
