Das erwartet Dich bei uns
- Administrative Unterstützung der Leiterin Soziale Dienste sowie deren Stellvertreterin im Bereich materielle Hilfe
- Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von Fallführung im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Hilfe
- Abwicklung Zahlungsverkehr sowie Verbuchen und Führen der Klientenkonti
- Geltendmachung von Gesundheitskosten und Ansprüchen aus Versicherungen
- Schalter- und Telefondienst
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im sozialen Bereich
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungswesen und in der Buchhaltung (Fachapplikation KLIBnet)
- Selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Verantwortung
- Gut eingespieltes Team
