Stiftung Gott hilft sucht zum sofortigen Eintritt eine/n Sozialpädagogin HF / Sozialpädagoge HF zur Schulassistenz in der Sonderschule im Schulheim Scharans. Sie betreuen Kinder und Jugendliche mit Verhaltensauffälligkeiten und tragen durch intensive pädagogische Begleitung zur individuellen Förderung bei.
Sie arbeiten in einem multiprofessionellen Team, erhalten regelmäßige Supervision und Fortbildungen und tragen aktiv zum Kindeswohl sowie zur Partizipation bei.
