Der Menzihuus sucht eine motivierte Fachperson im Bereich Wohnen zur Ergänzung des Teams in Filzbach und Mollis. Sie begleiten erwachsene Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner sowie Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene mit unterschiedlichen Ressourcen und Beeinträchtigungen in einem ressourcenorientierten Alltag.
Sie gestalten den Alltag, fördern Selbstbestimmung, Teilhabe und größtmögliche Selbstständigkeit und übernehmen in beiden Wohnbereichen Verantwortung für eine verlässliche, professionelle Begleitung.
