Centre médico-social Martigny & Régions recherche un(e) Assistant(e) social(e) à 50% pour rejoindre l’équipe du service social de l’Entremont à Sembrancher. Vous accompagnerez et soutiendrez des bénéficiaires dans leurs projets socio-professionnels et leurs démarches administratives.
