Location: Mötschwil
Die Sicherheitsdirektion des Kantons Bern sucht eine Sozialarbeiterin/einen Sozialarbeiter für die Wohngruppe Normalvollzug 90% in der JVA Hindelbank. Sie betreuen 23 Frauen, leiten Gespräche, führen Berichte und koordinieren die Vollzugsplanung im interdisziplinären Team.
Sie arbeiten unregelmäßige Dienste, Wochenenddienste sowie Pikettdienste nach Bedarf und unterstützen die Eingewiesenen bei der Entwicklung von Perspektiven durch ressourcenorientierte Betreuung.
