Gemeindeverwaltung Wila sucht ab 1. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine initiative Bereichsleiterin/Bereichsleiter Soziales (80%). Sie führen das Sozialamt fachlich, übernehmen Abklärungen, Beratung und die Betreuung von Sozialhilfebezügerinnen und
-bezügern.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Schulen, Spitex, KESB und anderen Stellen zusammen, verfassen Anträge, leiten Dossiers und wirken bei Projekten mit. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice-Anteile nach Absprache runden das Angebot ab.
