The team you’re joining is running Kubernetes operations at a large scale. Think of deploying and managing thousands, even tens‑of‑thousands of Kubernetes clusters around the world.

That requires end‑to‑end automation, APIs, great user experience (UIs) and rock‑solid orchestration.

With this position we are looking for a skilled software engineer, who brings a lot of motivation and willingness to take on responsibility for entire software projects, from design to implementation and deployment!

Ideally you bring significant experience (5+ years) in software engineering on large‑scale projects or high‑growth environments (any language), with your more recent work focusing on Python.

• Coding, including contributions to open source software that we use or maintain!
• Writing and implementing design documents (RFCs)
• Documenting your creations, as well as ensuring great automated test coverage
• Serving as a role model and helping the team to follow software engineering best‑practices

• Highly motivated Software Engineer with ownership mindset
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in large‑scale or high‑growth environments
• Strong background in scalable systems and modern engineering practices
• Recent hands‑on experience with Python
• Business domain: compute infrastructure & platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes (usage, concepts, and operations)
• Familiarity with public cloud environments such as AWS
• Experience in test automation, ideally with pytest
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and eager to take responsibility
• English fluent is a MUST

• Interest in or experience with tools such as Hashi Corp Vault, FluxCD, Kustomize, Terraform, Grafana, Git Lab, Slack, and Linear
