Ideale Kandidaten sind körperlich belastbar, arbeiten gerne im Freien und bringen gute Deutschkenntnisse mit. Eine Ausbildung als Lokführer:in Kat. A40 ist notwendig. Bezahlung erfolgt gemäß einem transparenten und fairen Lohnsystem.
