We’re hiring a Dispatcher / Freight Charterer (m/f/d) in Chiasso. Join our operations team and help coordinate reliable transport solutions while working closely with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate and dispatch transport orders
• Negotiate transport services with carriers
• Monitor shipments and update customers proactively
• Ensure accurate documentation and operational compliance

• Experience in dispatching, chartering, or freight forwarding
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• French and English required;
  German is a plus
